Who this is for

You have finished school, Ausbildung, or a degree and need a clear way into paid work. You may feel stuck between “apply everywhere” and not knowing which openings fit your skills, language level, or city preferences.

What you walk away with

  • A shortlist of role types that match your background and the cities you can reach
  • A written application rhythm for the next four weeks
  • Feedback on how German employers typically read early-career CVs and cover letters
  • One practice conversation for a first interview round

What is included

Each path includes three scheduled coaching sessions, written notes after every meeting, and email questions between sessions (one round per week). We work through your actual target listings—not generic career theory.

What is not included

We do not place you in a job, rewrite every application for you, or guarantee an offer. Visa or residence advice is outside this coaching path; we can point you to official resources when that comes up.

How sessions run

  1. Orientation — education, language, preferred cities, constraints (commute, hours, industry).
  2. Market fit — map openings in two or three German cities and refine your pitch.
  3. Application sprint — lock a weekly plan, rehearse answers, and set review checkpoints.

Preparation

Bring your current CV (any language), a list of cities you can work in, and three job ads that interest you—even if they feel slightly out of reach. If German is not your strongest language, tell us before the first session so we can pace the materials accordingly.

Next step

Request a first-job coaching path and mention preferred cities and your earliest available week.
