Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid coaching fees for sessions that have not been delivered, subject to the timing rules below. Informational website use has no purchase and no refund.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing (email) at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund of that session’s prepaid fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours are eligible for a partial refund of 50% unless we can fill the slot with another client.
Full vs partial refunds
Unused sessions in a multi-session path may be refunded in full if cancelled 48+ hours before the next meeting and no session notes package has been delivered for that unused meeting. After a session occurs, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Completed sessions, delivered written dossier annotations, and completed city snapshot documents are non-refundable. Administrative bank fees charged by your provider are not reimbursed.
Deposits
When a deposit reserves a starting week, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable under the same 48-hour rule if the entire engagement is cancelled before any session.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule per session is allowed with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. No-shows without notice forfeit that session’s fee. We will attempt one courtesy rebooking when illness is communicated the same day.
Work already started
If document review has begun before a cancellation, we refund the unused live-call portion only and retain a fair share for work already performed, confirmed in writing.
Process and timing
Email info@innovativenetsys.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under German consumer law remain unaffected. If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
